You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return your diffuser if you are not completely satisfied.

Conditions
- The product must be returned complete, in its original packaging, with all accessories.
- To start a return, email us at nayaviepro@gmail.com with your order number. We will send you the return instructions within 2 business days.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product arrived defective or damaged.

Refunds
- Once your return has been received and checked, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days at the latest.
- For a bundle, you may return one diffuser or both: the refund is calculated pro rata to the price paid.

Defective or damaged product
If your product arrived damaged or does not work, contact us within 7 days with a photo: we will send you a replacement or give you a full refund, shipping included.

Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, you also have a statutory 14-day withdrawal period from the day you receive your order, without having to give any reason.
